Sustainability Mandatory Training

Sustainability Training Module is a strategic guide for the Sustainability Mandatory Training 2024, supporting the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) at Pertamina. This document covers sustainability vision, energy transition strategies, and key initiatives such as the development of renewable energy, implementation of CCS/CCUS technology, and circular economy management. Additionally, it includes ESG measurement and prioritization, such as materiality assessment, sustainability KPIs, and governance to ensure transparent and accountable target achievement. The aspect of communication and stakeholder engagement is also discussed through internal training, sustainability awareness campaigns, and the role of Sustainability Accelerators in driving change. Furthermore, this document outlines the green financing scheme through the Sustainable Finance Framework, which includes funding for clean energy and low-carbon transition projects, aiming to achieve a balance between economic growth, environmental preservation, and social responsibility in supporting Pertamina’s vision as a sustainable global energy company.
